Digital Products — No Returns Policy

All products sold by Dr. Seren Cole are digital downloads 
delivered instantly upon purchase.

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final 
once the file has been accessed or downloaded. We are unable 
to offer refunds or exchanges on digital purchases.

Technical Issues
If you experience any technical difficulty accessing or 
downloading your file, contact us at dr.coleseren@gmail.com 
within 7 days of purchase and we will resolve it immediately 
— no questions asked.

Wrong Edition
If you purchased the wrong archetype edition and have not 
yet downloaded the file, contact us within 24 hours of 
purchase at dr.coleseren@gmail.com and we will arrange 
a one-time exchange at no extra cost.

European Union
In accordance with EU digital content regulations, by 
completing your purchase and accessing the digital download, 
you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the 
contract and acknowledge that you lose your right of 
withdrawal upon download.
